How to remove a player from a team?
1. Go to app.pacificesports.org
2. Login or click Dashboard
3. Click "My Teams" in the menu bar
4. Press the red "Remove" button next to the corresponding player you want to remove
5. Click "Remove" in the confirmation dialog box
