How to complete the verification form?

The verification form is one of the first steps in becoming a PEL participant! This form allows us to make sure you are a high school student in the Northern California region.

1. Go to app.pacificesports.org

2. "Create an Account" with the button in the top right

3. All new users will be prompted to complete the basic questionnaire

This questionnaire contains the following information:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email

• Password (Make it secure!)

Your will be prompted to connect your Discord next.

4. Once completed, press "Connect Discord"

5. You will then see this message, press "Authorize"

6. Once redirected, back to the portal press "Create Account" continue to verification

7. Search for your school, and CLICK it

8. Enter your graduation year and press "Select School"

If you do not press Select School the verification request will not be processed correctly.

9. Press "Next"

10. Press verify next to "Email Verification"

11. Go to your email and click the verification URL. You will see the message below on the portal after clicking the link:

12. Upload your proof of student enrollment, select the type, press Submit

You can add comments if you wish

It should say "Pending Verification" in yellow text before continuing.

13. Add your game connections & tracker links

Please use your main account. Tracker links are required along with in game name/ID.

14. Wait to be verified & Press "Done"

This process can take anywhere from 4-36 hours.

Bug Alert We receiving reports that some users get stuck in a loop after pressing "Done".

Our development team is aware and we are actively exploring solutions. If you get stuck in a verification loop, please contact support via ModMail or the #ask-for-help channel.

After being verified, refresh the page. If you were not verified, resubmit verification proof.

FAQ

How long does verification take?

Verification is done manually and should take no more than 36 hours. If it has taken longer, please contact the Pacific Esports League Staff through Discord.

Where will I receive a notification with my verification status?

You may visit the portal to check your status.

My verification request was denied the first time, how do I resubmit a new verification request?

If you do not immediately see the re-submission form, click the "Profile" button in the portal to toggle the verification re-submission form.
