Important Notes

Division 1: Team Average Rank Emerald and Above

Division 2: Team Average Rank Platinum and Below

Important Note

  • All rank calculations are calculated by determining a player's highest rank across all of Season 13.

1. Tournament Divisions

  1. The League of Legends tournament will be broken into Division 1 and Division 2. Teams are free to chose which tournament they wish to participate in, but in order to compete in Division 2, your team must be eligible to join by passing the requirements below.

2. All Division Requirements

  1. These rules apply for all tournament divisions regardless of which one you compete in.

    1. Your account should automatically show the op.gg link on your account. If there are any issues with the account link process, please contact the PEL admins.

  2. For communities with multiple rosters across divisions, players may only move to teams that are in a higher division then they currently are in. Players may not move to a lower division once the season has begun.

  3. Team average ranks are set at the start of each event. Players on the roster from the start are free to improve and rank up during the season without fear of getting disqualified.

    • If an individual/team's rank passes above threshold during the season, the team will continue to compete in that division until the end of the season.

      • Starting in the next season, the team will be required to adjust their roster or move up to the next division higher.

    • If a player is added to the roster after the season begins, they must not break any rank thresholds, regardless of when they occurred.

  4. No smurf accounts are allowed, all players must use their main account. This does not have to be the account with the most hours, but it must be your highest current ranked account.

    1. If you have questions to what the players main account would be, please contact PEL Admins.

  5. If you have any questions about eligibility or if your team is allowed to compete in a specific division, please contact the PEL Admins.

3. Division 1 Eligibility

Your team’s average rank must be at Emerald average and above.

  • Team average is taken at the start of the tournament from adding the top 5 players on your team by rank. This total must be below the rank threshold for the division.

4. Division 2 Eligibility

  • Your team’s average rank must be at Platinum average and below.

    • Team average is taken at the start of the tournament from adding the top 5 players on your team by rank. This total must be below the rank threshold for the division.

    • No players may be added mid-season that would increase the team's average rank past the ranked threshold for the division they compete in.

    • If a team's rank goes above the threshold during the season through improvement, they will continue to play in that division until the next season where they will move up a division.

  • Only two players per team may have a rank higher than Platinum.

  • No Player on your team may be Diamond+

Players must link their account on onto the portal to check ranks.
